Abalone Egg Fried Rice

Here is a recipe for abalone egg fried rice:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup of diced canned abalone
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of chopped scallions
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.

  2. Add the minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry for about 10 seconds, or until fragrant.

  3. Add the diced abalone to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute, or until heated through.

  4. Push the abalone to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs onto the other side. Let the eggs cook for a few seconds, then stir-fry them until they are scrambled and cooked through.

  5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry everything together for about 2-3 minutes, or until the rice is heated through and starts to turn slightly crispy.

  6. Add the chopped scallions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the pan and stir-fry for another minute.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Note: You can adjust the seasoning and add additional ingredients like vegetables or meat to the dish based on your preference.
