材料:

 

10 克燕窩

500 毫升鮮奶

1湯匙姜汁(用大片姜塊磨溶萃取出汁液)

1 匙蜂蜜

步驟:

 

把燕窩浸泡在清水中 30 分鐘至 1 小時,直到膨脹。然後用手輕輕擠出多餘的水份,並拋棄任何不需要的雜質。
