Braised abalone with mushroom 紅燒鮑魚冬菇煲

 
Canned abalone with braised sauce ( 1 can with 6 units) 
12 medium size Japanese mushroom. 
Ginger  3 slices 
1. Pre heat canned abalone for 30 minutes in the unopened can. 
 
The canned abalone is ready service. But the best way to have tender abalone from a can is to place the can (unopen) into a pot of water so that it is fully submerged. Bring the water to a gentle simmer and leave submerged for 30 minutes to 1 hour for optimal tenderness. Remove the pot from the heat and wait for the water to cool before carefully lifting the can out of the water with large tongs.
 
2. Open one can of seafood and plants’s 冠品鮑 braised sauce abalone and reserve the braised abalone sauce for use. 
 
3. Pre soak the mushroom for 30 minutes 
 
4. Braised the mushrooms with the braised abalone sauce with ginger for 20 minutes.
 
5. Add abalone and cook for 1 minute.
