- 1/2 cup Oct meal
- 2 cups chicken broth

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
